“This house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to see friends in Wichita. All of the beds are super comfy, which is always a huge relief with vacation rentals. You never know what you're gonna get, but this house didn't disappoint in any way at all. Highly recommend?”

“Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! “This is the second time I have stayed at the Cozy in at Sterling! My only complaint is the hard walking from upstairs! Other than that the stay was great! I love this location because it just down the block from my son and his family and right next door to my granddaughter’s daycare! Michael and Amber, I will be back and hopefully I can get other family members to stay here too when they visit! My grandchildren loved the board games too!! Sincerely, a happy Nana on her Nana tour to visit her……

“Came to visit my son for Senior Day, and to celebrate his achievements. This home was two blocks from his dorm This home reminds me of my grandparents home back in the day. Has all you need, however found out too late there was a French press in cupboard! While I am not a Keurig fan, there was one with k cups provided. Admittedly I'm a coffee snob so I was dismayed to learn too late about the French press. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. ”
