“The communication and checkin process was flawless. The property was excellent. We had a group of 10 guys and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Amenities were well laid out. Sitting around the fire pit, looking at the stars was perfect. ”

“The location was ideal for what we wanted to do. The house had plenty of space for what we needed. Roger was a great host, unfortunately we had limited WI-FI service and the hot water was hit or miss.”

“The house is perfect for a snowmobiling trip. It is right across the street from the trail, you can ride from the house. There was room for our 2 trucks and 2 4-place trailers. The house was spacious and had all we needed. The hosts were awesome, friendly and had great communication. The house is attached to a convenience store and has gas on site - a big plus for snowmobiling. ”

“I was in town visiting friends and family. This is my third stay at this property. The cost is reasonable, and the home is clean and comfortable.”

“This is a small old, nice, inexpensive house in a small town. Only 20 miles from Marquett. 1 block from snowmobile trail. Clean, cozy, decent kitchen. The bathroom and beds a little small, but were fine. Way better than a hotel and small family oriented.”

“It wasgreat”

“We stayed Thanksgiving weekend so our family could be altogether. The place was clean and the owners were great. We would stay there again for sure!!”

“This home was perfect for our family vacation, with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Location was great, easy to take day trips to Marquette and Pictured Rocks. Or just hanging out on the lake and taking in beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend!”

“My husband and I enjoyed the cottage. The decor was beautiful. We had a very relaxing time and we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. We saw some deer walking through the property too. There is much you can do in that area. We got some hiking in while and enjoyed good food from restaurants in the area. We will go again and stay longer next time!”

“Before the warm weather hit we decided to head to to Pine Mountain to snowboard for a weekend in between sports seasons for our kids. We booked this property based on location and past reviews. The house is so close to the mountain and was incredibly clean from top to bottom. There was plenty of space to hang out and plenty of beds for our 3 kids. We would definitely stay here again for our next weekend away. Access to the dryer was appreciated to dry our wet snow things. My only thing……

“When they advertise as secluded, they really mean it! A mile off the road, this property is both gorgeous and refreshing! Well maintained, clean, and within driving distance of some amazing things! Ecco Hill is worth the backroad drive to kayak or fish. Iron Mountain and Crystal Falls are nearby if you need to see other people again. Bring lots of bug spray if you are staying in the summer and your hiking boots! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at DD Lodge. My family, ages ranging from 94 years to three years, and I booked this property for a family vacation and it was perfect! The Lodge is amazing, very spacious and beautiful! The property is very clean and very well maintained, with all the amenities we were looking for and more. We enjoyed our morning coffee and stargazing in the four-season room, grilling, and nighttime campfires roasting s’mores with the kids. The location of the lodge made it an easy……
