“This property was perfect for our group, including grandparents, kids and grandkids! There was so much to do there. The home was extremely well equipped inside and out. It was also close to restaurants and entertainment. We would highly recommend this property.”

“Place was pretty good. I’d stay there again. The management was slow to respond to inquiries before check in. Their automated emails aren’t the friendliest but they were fine to deal with. ”

“Six couples from college had a great time for several days. Plenty of space, home very well appointed and manager was easy to work with. This was our send time renting this house, the first time was with kids and grandkids. ”

“I was reading other reviews about the directions and the only problem I had was finding the room from the parking garage. They also didn’t let me know you had to use the key fob to go to the second floor. I recommend going into the leasing office and getting a map. They were great. When we checked in the valet suggested I do that first but I was just being stubborn. The apartment was beautiful only complaint was they had very hard beds. Overall would probably stay again if it was a little……

“We had a wonderful time at Parsons Villas during our golf trip. The home was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the home’s ample gathering spaces. We will definitely look to stay again in the future.”

“This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.”

“We were in town for college graduation. This home offered enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make it comfortable for everyone. Overall the home is updated and clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear as expected. Parking was not an issue, owner response time was quick. The house is located convenient to Tempe and ASU as well as old town Scottsdale. Pool and outdoor spaces were an added bonus.”

“Second time there and will likely book this again in the future. Couple of little things like lack of towels and a cute early check-in fee prevent me from giving it the fifth star. Great Location!”
