“The positives: Stayed for five days. The cabin itself is adorable, inside I felt cozy and warm. The host has the place well stocked with kitchenware and utensils, towels, bedding, herbs and spices, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. I loved the climate control system and bathroom/shower. The host was on point with communications, very fast to help me make my booking decision and at checkout, so that consistency was awesome. “What a spot on the Potomac! Perfect base for exploration! We visited family in Charles Town. Went to Harper's Ferry a couple times, Antietam, Sharpsburg and Shepherdstown. American history at every turn. My boys catfished during the night. We loved it and the summer heat could only make it better..”

Centrally located to many towns, shops, wineries, breweries and historical sites in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. The hot tub was amazing and the perfect ending to a long day. “Old time charm on the outside; clean, new and modern on the inside. The rental is small, but nicely done with modern features. The stone fireplace is so pretty with an electric stove inside. The bedroom was lovely with a comfy, king bed. The best part is the screened in porch that runs the whole length of the house. There’s a sectional sofa and coffee table, two rockers, and a table with four chairs on the porch. You can appreciate the old windows with their wooden shutters from back in time. We……
