“The parking is horrible unless your driving a fiat my truck didn’t fit in the provided parking so I had to park on the street and my side mirror was taken out by a passing car. The rooms are small. The tv doesn’t pick up any channels and the internet wouldn’t connect. The kitchen and fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned previously. Don’t recommend it ”

“When we arrived it was pccupied. We waited e hours after check im for them to finish cleaning. The owner lets his employees stay there. The house was fillthy. The sofas were serrt, there was dust wverywherethe stoves do. Ot work amsd nekther soes the drige. There is a coin op washwr and dryer There were about 5 towels for a group of 18. There was a roach in the kitchen. The patio furniture was covered in dirt and mold. This property should be removed from the site, it is not ready for rent.……

“This location was perfect for a family holiday with small children. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The hot tub was well used!!There was plenty of space in the house for us all to spread out and it was as described. The house was very well equipped which made cooking etc very easy. “Check in was great, we were allowed to check in extremely early and it was easy to access the house. However, this location had an issue from the beginning as it smelled of gas. Then, we noticed an awful I'm sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink, we have to buy fabuloso and soak the sink and it still did not go away fully. There was also a trail of ants coming from the bathroom sink and alongside the wall. The upstairs bunk bed felt poorly put together, just laying on it caused it to……

“Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. The house is very fresh and clean and thoughtfully appointed. We were very central to everything we wanted to do - visiting family in the area and a student at Cal... a quick journey into SF to visit SFMOMA. The neighborhood is transitioning, but felt very safe and was quiet. We appreciated the off street parking - made access to the house easy for our elderly parent. We will be returning to the area many times over the next several……

“The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention ”
