“This place was amazing. Best view and the pool was amazing. I want to book this place every summer forever! Easy check in and check out. Didn’t talk to the property manager cause everything was all set. ”

“Such a lovely place to stay. It is clean, modern, well appropriated and maintained. The location was excellent with many amenities close by. We especially appreciated the availability of the hosts and their rapid responses to our inquiries.The street is busy with traffic at times with some noise but not really bothersome and you have to be careful backing out of the driveway. There are two sets of stairs so if that is a problem this is not the place for you. Otherwise I highly recommend it.”

“Came up to Marshfield from Florida to celebrate the holidays with our children and their families. I can’t say enough about the house. It was perfect. We’ve rented many homes and none of them came with a kitchen equipped as well as this one. House was clean, plenty of linens, beautiful washer and dryer. They even had spare toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Owner was very accommodating. Responded immediately when I reached out with any questions. We will be renting this house again.”

From booking, checking in, logging on to the WiFi, using each of the rooms, bathrooms, and outside space - all intuitive, simple, and it felt like we were at home. The one item I would say to be mindful of; there are 4 bedrooms; 1 on floor one, and 3 on floor two, and the 3rd floor has an open-floor concept with a separate access door and has 5 beds, one of which is a bunkbed. “Our vacation went smoothly with plenty of room and direct beach access. This property was clean, nicely decorated and equipped well for our vacation. (Beach chairs, beach towels, canopy for the beach…) We had all we needed with a quick walk to restaurants, ice cream and local food market. We were concerned about parking, but had plenty at the esplanade. The enclosed porch facing the ocean was beautifully furnished!!”
