“7 Gables is a bit quirky, not a traditional hotel in any sense. But it was clean and quiet and convenient to the things I needed to do during my trip to Fairbanks. Check in and check out were easy. I don't have anything bad to say about my stay, but it felt a bit more like I was staying in an older Bed & Breakfast type place or in a guest room in someone's house. The decor is a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the place was quiet. That's all I really needed. ”

“Lovely accomodations just outside of town. The space is large, so a group of 4 would be quite comfortable. Has a big window and we saw the Aurora out of it one night. There's a microwave, toaster oven and k cup machine plus heated floors. Easy in and out of the property. Food, Walmart, etc within 15 minutes, an hour and 45 minutes from Chena Hot Springs. Just 15 minutes from a great walking trail at Skyline Ridge. We enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend. ”

“If you want a posh experience and need a place to park your oversized luxury SUV, this might not be for you. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a clean rental this is perfect. It was a 1-bedroom apartment (bigger than mine) with all of the basics -- nice bathroom, large living room, full kitchen, great wifi and TV, and a new bed and linens. Everything is close by, a short drive in any direction. There were a few things that needed attention, but overall it was an excellent choice for my work trip.”
