“The hotel was always clean, quiet and close to a variety of stores and restaurants like Walmart. The staff was accessible when needed and the breakfast was good but not a big variety of food each day but it was good. Park was not complicated and the area felt safe and free from crime, they provided onsite security. Seems as if this hotel coved all the bases. ”

“Easy check in. Pleasant lot. I loved that we could futz around with all the different lights while trying to get comfortable in the room. Its nice to be able to talk about and explore the room. The room was more expensive than most of the fancy hotels in Milwaukee, but it had so much to it that I did not even realize. Worth it. ”

“Not sure if you have to request turn down and cleaning of rooms but I stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have fresh towels or our room cleaned. It was a really busy weekend for the iron horse with the events going on so it’s understandable. However paying 1400 for the weekend I’d expect fresh linens and trash taken out daily. I had to call down to request fresh towels on day 3. ”

“The property is currently under construction so the restaurant is not open, but they did have Convince store setup that was nice. Not every room has a refrigerator in it. But the staff was very Accommodating as we have toddler and need access to refrigerator. ”
