“This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. Meanwhile, the people who wanted to party all night could be in the party house having a great old time and not disturb those other folks at all. The party house is……

“Great stay! Lots of living space for us to spend time with our new sailor while he was on liberty. Communication with host was great. It was clean and the neighborhood felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. ”

“We had a group of 12 guys for our annual guys trip. We had such a good time, and it was such an awesome property. There are multiple wings of the house and also a separated bunk room so there was plenty of room and everyone was able to have a good level of privacy. Just a huge property with so much to do and wish we had more time to get to it all! ”

“Overall the house was great. One thing is that the lake isn’t great for swimming. The bottom is rocky and one person cut their foot pretty badly. Not the fault of the host, just something to be aware of. For the house I’d recommend more dish towels for the kitchen. There was only one towel for the kitchen. Some of the soap dispensers were filled with a gross smelling body wash, and one of the dispensers weren’t refilled before our stay. There was a swim diaper left in the fire pit. Again,……
