"Good service"

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"

"I can’t stop explaining how wonderful this property is. It is a beautiful and safe place. And you can walk to the restaurant nearby. There are. So many good restaurants there. And it just takes 15-20 minutes to go many historic places. My kids love it too. Thanks for providing us such a wonderful place and memories in Paris "

"I really enjoy there. It’s very close to anywhere I want to go in Paris. But really quiet and make you feel you are home. I think next time I will still be there for longer compared to this time. Stay there for 9 nights. And I enjoy their breakfast for as well.."

"We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. "
