“It’s in a great location but the first room was not good and the second was fine until the lock wouldn’t open and I couldn’t get in my room They finally fixed it but I had a very important meeting and it was very inconvenient!”

“We arrived at the hotel at late night. When my car was about to turn left on the corner, several staffs started to gather at the entrance to get ready to greet us. One got my car, one took care of our luggage, and another took us to check in. The whole thing was smooth and made us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel was stylish and nicely decorated. Across the street there was a roof top pool, it's cold but we were able to enjoy a clear skyview on the roof. The location is perfect, right across……

“The check-in/out is all done through text messages and very convenient and quick. The room felt uncomfortably small for two people, with limited privacy in the bathroom area. Although the ventilation system was running, it didn’t seem to circulate the air effectively. Even with all the lights on, the room remained quite dim, contributing to a confined and gloomy atmosphere. The layout was awkward, with the wash sink positioned unusually close to the bed — it felt more like a converted bathroom……

“Property is clean quiet right next to a very good restaurant the lobby is very inviting coffee tea flavored water available all the time customer service was also excellent every request I had was met. My tip my middle age friends like me it’s no elevator and I can’t how many times I went up the stairs. Only 5 min walk to the wharf ”
