“The bedrooms were all a nice size. Lovely living room to sit easily 8. Pool table used a lot. Loved the pond and all the critters around the property. Too much time hiking to ever turn on any of the TV's. Nice covered picnic table outside to play games at. Loved the covered deck. ”

“Got in late - I ought to have viewed the door lock video - it was excellent. Owner answered even in wee hours of the AM when we finally arrived. Apologies for the call! Everything was great, and the bunkhouse is a really nice feature - 3/4 bath, kitchenette, porch. The entire property is well maintained. Thank you!”

“Short stay on Rocky Fork for Father’s Day. Great location, house was perfect and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!”

“Loved this experience! The view was spectacular! The house was a fantastic blend of old and new. Kitchen was well stocked and the chip jar on the counter was so welcoming. Linen and bathroom supplies were exceptional. The Bedroom options were perfect for an extended family vacation. The boys loved the dormer beds. The super soakers provided entertainment for the kids and adults! Bikes and kayaks, games and puzzles were enjoyed by everyone.The porch was our most favorite place to be together but……

“We planned this trip so we could come back to Chillicothe to revisit family memories. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy through the app. We were right in the middle of downtown with many restaurants and pubs. Parking was easy with both paid and public parking areas. We highly recommended this property and would definitely stay here again. ”
