“Nice place to stay for easy access to the convention center. Never had to step outside in the rain as we went back and forth all weekend! The parking was easy across the street too. Good communication. Only downside is it sleeps 5, but has one couch that seats 3. We spent hours here in between cheer competitions and would’ve loved seating for all 5 of us to enjoy time at the apartment. Overall, it’s a great place!!!”

“The property manager was very quick to respond. instructions on check in and check out were easy. Place was as listed and clean. We had a party of 6 and the blow up mattress worked out well. Was in town for a comedy show and it was a short walk to all downtown Indy plans we made. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Excellent alternative to high-priced hotel rooms for work colleagues, assuming everyone gets along. Convention center main entrance is 2 blocks away, variety of restaurants & entertainment within walking distance. Condo itself was very nice, spacious, and the hosts were fantastic.”

“The location was ideal. However, there was one issue after another with the unit. First, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and laundry in the washing machine. We tried to run the dishwasher, but it didn’t work. There wasn’t shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. And neither TV in the bedrooms worked. In the morning , we tried the Keurig, and it also didn’t work. Location was great. This unit is in disrepair and needs to be updated and some basic maintenance. The owner gave us a partial……

“It was pretty good for price & location. No water pressure in either bathroom sinks...literally a trickle, water heater too small for multiple morning showers...started getting cold toward end of 2nd quick shower. Could have used one more chair in living room, 4 adults with one small chair and a small sofa was pretty cramped. Overall very functional and a great location.”
