“If lodging & location is all you need, this place is perfect. It’s super clean. Neighborhood is not what I expected and the house amenities are basic but the house served it’s purpose and that’s all we expected. ”

“The property was great. We had 4 adults in oir group and it was comfortable. The canals are only a few blocks away and there are many options for food within 1/3 mile. No complaints, would stay there again.”

“Overall was good. The bathroom situation with none on second floor was disappointing. Not a place to walk around or hang out outside. Served the purpose. Would have preferred a door on the bathroom and. Tv in a main area on 1st floor. ”

“Stayed here for the weekend with my best friend and our teenage daughters. Super cute, comfortable house! Having the half bath in addition to the full bath was so nice! The host was very responsive and kind. Short drive to downtown Indy and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Loved it!”

“We stayed Fri-Sun for season opener WNBA Fever game. The carriage house was nice layout for the 4 of us (but would also be good for group/family of up to 6-8). It’s in great location, safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse along with bars/restaurants. Owner kept in good communication, as needed. It was a 6 hour drive for us, and we’d stay here again if up in the area for future event.”

“Lots of room and the people you rent from are very nice, nobody bothers you, the washer and dryer is a big plus, if you stay bring your own pans if you plan on cooking the ones available are in very poor shape, a small box of trash bags will help, (we only had two for the week)there’s a towel for each bedroom but you can wash them and be fine, they do have some laundry soap and suave shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms, I would recommend it’s close to a lot of shopping and events close by, over……

He checked in on us to make sure everything was going okay and had incredible communication throughout our stay. Meeting Blubbers the neighborhood cat was a highlight and John provided peanuts for us to share with the gorgeous local squirrels. “This would definitely work for a whole family! It is close to downtown in a safe neighborhood. The Lucas Oil Stadium was in sight. Appreciated being able to catch up on laundry and having everything there for coffee. The shower was nice with good pressure. The restaurant in the yellow building around the corner was THE BEST authentic Mexican food I have had itn a long time!”
