“Perfect spot for peace and relaxation. Just as beautiful as in the pictures. My dog loved the huge fence yard. Owner was kind enough to provide meet and information about farm animals. I mostly stayed at the farm. Felt secluded but close to sites near Indy if you wanted to go to activities ”

“The property is charming and perfectly located. It gives you the sense of being part of the historic community. Quick walk to downtown. We would stay there again. Just a few items to be aware of: it is a duplex and the entire house is on the upper level, as you enter you must climb very steep stairs, there isn’t a dishwasher (wasn’t a problem for us - we ate out), the bathroom is teeny tiny, one of the bedrooms is at the front of the house and the bathroom is way in the rear of the house, the……

“What surprised me the most about the house was that it doesn’t look very big from the pictures, but it amazed me all the space that was in the house. It’s huge! It is an older home, could use some new paint in a few places, but we had everything that we needed. Me and my husband slept in the king size bed in the lower level and it was a very comfortable bed! We traveled to Bloomington for a HS graduation, for the next graduation we would consider this house again! ”

“From check in to check out, the process was quick and easy. Communication was great! They were able to accommodate a later check out time for us, which we really appreciated.”

“This place was just what my wife and I needed for a night away. The place was clean and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice with unique and well kept homes all around. Downtown was a short walk away and there is plenty so see and do. Our stay was short but we had a very enjoyable time.”

“My daughter and I drove in from Arkansas and stayed here in order to spend time with my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The little guesthouse was perfect for us! We hosted breakfast and dinner for the 5 of us here. My grandson loved the coloring books and games. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. We would definitely stay here again. :) ”
