“I stayed at the Cottage for a multi-day event at Lucas Oil Stadium - a brisk 20-25 min walk away. Yes, Madison Ave is a busy two-lane road, but the noise level really isn't that bad. I'd just head a couple blocks west and walk north up Meridian, which seemed a quick, easy, and safe walk for me. As for the Cottage -- I have zero complaints or concerns. Neat as a pin, and though it was listed as "pet-friendly" I saw no pet evidence anywhere. If I return for the same event next year, I would……

“It was a cute little house. Only one night stay. Nice of porch and light inside on for arrival. Plenty of towels for 3 guest to use. Nice size rooms with tv. However, with using them very limited shows to watch without having to sign into your own things, so for one night wanst worth that all. The beds were great for the queen and the full. The twin prob would be better for a kid, the mattress was a little thin and not comfortable for an adult that was there. Nice that coffee and supplies there.……

“From check in to check out, the process was quick and easy. Communication was great! They were able to accommodate a later check out time for us, which we really appreciated.”

“This is my second stay. There is absolutely nothing to suggest! It is perfect! Especially like the touches like plenty of coffee, paper towels, trash bags, and SUPER fast response if you ask for anything! Best, it preserves the wonderful nearby neighborhood by keeping the classic architecture.”

“We were in Indianapolis for a women’s conference, we didn’t spend much time in the house other than to sleep. It was roomy, decorated nice, and was clean. We weren’t expecting it to be a duplex, but was okay with that. The step up onto the porch was a bit high. Host was wonderful, allowing us early check in so we could get settled in before leaving for the conference. I would recommend this property to others.”
