“If you are coming into town for baseball tournaments, this is a great place to stay. It is 5 minutes from the ball park. The townhome is spacious enough for large family and is very well appointed. Great finishes in home. Just very well done. The complex has grills if you want to stay at home and cook or you can be at local restaurants in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend. ”

“It was the perfect size for our group and located close to what we had planned to do. The house could have been cleaner, and downstairs bathroom door was broken. We did let the owner know. Who ask if we needed it fixed but we let him know it wasn't a problem for us. Trying to get my payment to go through was a bit of a problem but the owner was very patient and tried to help the best he could. ”

“This house was so cute and comfy. We are nurses and after a long shift it was great to come back and relax on the porch. Very safe neighborhood where everyone was so friendly. The house and yard were beautiful very clean and everything you need was provided. Will be staying again soon. ”

“The house was ina quiet setting with a cute drive way through the trees. The house was expansive and just the spot to stay for a family event in the area. I would recommend the location to anyone looking for larger accommodations in the area. I just wished we had more time to enjoy the pool and outside amenities. ”

“My schedule didn't allow me to stay as long as I wanted at this property, however, that did not make the experience any less. The house is great, had everything I needed and the listing was accurate. Melissa was wonderful to work with and available for any of my needs (which I hard had any). Easy access to downtown Newnan. If the property were available I would have extended my stay vs. moving to another one of Melissa's properties (!)”
