“The views are absolutely breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back. The island has so many hidden gem food spots. There were so many spider webs and big spiders around inside and outside, it could have used some extra love and cleaning. It gets a little loud when speeding cars go by. I wish the parking spot was a little bit larger/safer as well. ”

“We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in Swanton. The house was as advertised and the accommodations were perfect. The view of the lake and the beautiful sunsets were breathtaking. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. So much fun! Kyle was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We truly enjoyed our week and would highly recommend this home to others for their family vacation!”

“Nice cabin out of the way but close enough to shops and restaurants Cabin was remodeled at some point and it’s very nice! Host had just about everything you would need for a comfy stay, even k-cups for the keurig that was there. There is a window ac unit which was needed, believe it or not, even for heat tolerant Floridians Host is quick to reply to any questions Would love to go again”

“From the minute we arrived until the time we left we enjoyed this property and all it's amenities immensely. Even when a septic/plumbing issue popped up, the owners were super responsive and the problem was fixed within a timely manner. We can not recommend this property enough for any family wanted to stay on beautiful Lake Champlain ”

“This house was the perfect place to gather with friends - lots of room - comfortably held us all. Loved hanging around the counter in kitchen, playing pool in the evening g and - of course - the hot tub. Nice private spot and close to great skiing at Jay and a yummy dinner at The Belfry. ”

“Took my family here for a few days and we had the best time! The house was super clean and cozy when we walked in! Loved the back deck and the fire pit with all the lights! Everything you need for cooking they have! The game room was the best part! So many games and tons of board games to do a family game night! Our dog loved being able to just sunbath on the porch and there is a gate so your fur baby is safe and can’t escape! I highly recommend this place! We can’t wait to go back! ”
