“Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock……

“This place was absolutely fabulous for our family of 4 and 3 friends we invited to stay with us. Private with Plenty of room for everyone and the house had all of the amenities! We were even able to order an Instacart order to have deliveries on our doorstep when we arrived. The host was extremely helpful with any questions I had and was very responsive! Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Overall, a little more rustic than expected. Location is awesome, lake views and sunsets excellent. Beds comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with all the things you need. Lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. Excellent breweries, and good restaurants. Easy to get to Burlington waterfront, and mountain views at Stowe.”

“Great location. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Used it as a base for day hiking trips. Very clean. Nice fire pit. Was able to cook. Bathroom set up is different but fine. Owner was very responsive. Id stay here again with no issues.”

“First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. Spiders all over the place. Beach was beautiful and overall the place was very peaceful but the shower we didn’t use because we didn’t trust the water. Not a place I would take a child under 7. Very hard to wash bottles for a……
