“I never received the access code to enter the property, I texted in the morning of the booking for the information and code, had to call at 3:00 an hour before our stay to get the address and code . I received the address but no code. Called again at 5:00 still no access code, I had to leave and drive 2 hours home. VRBO has not been any help. Got 5 stars with my last booking, I’m not using them again. The home was advertised as being 7.2 miles from Highlands, N.C., it was 25 miles. ”

“This property was fabulous. It provided the perfect accommodation for my large family (kids and g'kids). There was ample living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.”

“The property is very nice and accommodating but unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. One of the bathrooms has a huge rust stain on it and the stove had to be cleaned before we used it. The door to the hallway closet where the towels are are not attached and just rested on the wall. When you attempted to close the closet the doors would fall on you. On top of that some bulbs to the kitchen and living room were missing. I contacted Vacasa about it and the staining in the bathroom. Got a response……
