“We absolutely loved staying in the Plott House in Bryson City, NC! We had everything we needed and the layout/decor was very inviting and comfortable. It is perfect for two people getting away for a few days. We actually got to enjoy a beautiful rainbow from the back deck on our last evening!”

“The property at Riverfront Retreat provided a nice place to stay while exploring the area. It is located right off 19 which is the main road into Bryson City and can also take it to Cherokee.It is an older house in a quiet neighborhood.There is a nice spacious living area with an open kitchen. If u like cooking on your vacation, there are 2 big appliances that do about anything u want. The fridge has an ice maker, but not with an automatic ice and water area on the fridge. “The treehouse was as described in the online listing. We enjoyed the view and time spent on the wrap-around porch when the sun was out and the covered porch to listen to the rain and enjoy the string of lights in the evening. The location is secluded and extremely peaceful. Overall, the house was clean. However, there was a water bottle left on the porch and when I was looking behind furniture in the room with the telescope trying to find the switch for the string of lights, I found paper, a……

“I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. This house has everything you could want for an amazing week on Fontana Lake. Everything was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and every room was inviting. “Ten of us enjoyed our stay at the property. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was rainy so we spent time playing board games, playing foos ball, going to the gym, and watching movies. When the sun came out we went to see the waterfall that was 5 mins from the house. Gorgeous and you didn’t have to hike to get to it. We also played pickle ball by the gym. So fun. “This was a wonderful vacation spot! The house was exactly as described. What was great was there was five of us and we had plenty room to spread out and not be on top of each other the entire time.The dock was perfect, we rented a boat for a few days and were able to keep it docked at the house.
