“The whole stay was splendid. Paul is a wonderful host, a phenomenal cook, and a kind person. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the shower was a huge bonus to me. I love a piping hot shower, and detachable faucet so that I don’t have to get my hair wet or humid. Hardly any place has that! Our room did! The house has an interesting history, and I love the fragrance as you walk in. Like years of good breakfasts with bacon and coffee, nice furniture polish and books. It will be our go-to place……

“We loved that this is a hidden gem in the mountains! The waterfall is mesmerizing! Linda and Mike prepared delicious breakfasts for us using locally sourced ingredients. This is a very peaceful retreat, and I would highly recommend it as a getaway!!”

“No stove or oven but milk cereal and waffles were provided. If you want to heat food there is a grill microwave and crockpot. Beds were firm and very comfortable. Bathroom water pressure and shower were excellent. It was a lovely stay. ”

We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it.”
