“Historic, over 100 years old, and former high school, this is an interesting stay that takes you back to that prior generations' feeling. The positives were a comfortable bed, clean, good breakfast, and the sole negative was it was cold on the interior (cold outside) with no available blanket and no ability to increase heat in the room.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay overall, staff very helpful providing any amenities, lovely garden patio, great location on Main St. Only real sour note was at the very end of our trip...all info says complementary breakfast provided as part of the price we paid for room but when we arrived for breakfast we were notified that we had to pay for breakfast because we went thru hotels.com...staff should have told us that...”

“We wanted a family weekend away from the hustle and bustle and thats exactly what we found. The pictures do not do this place justice, much more awesome than the pics made it seem. Is rustic but clean and well appointed. Its not far into town, we found an amazing fine dining restaurant called copper door in hayesville. There is a very nice ingles close by for groceries. We enjoyed the cabin so much we didnt want to leave much. Its well equipped with anything you could need, perfect for familes,……
