“Clean, comfy, quiet”

“Have asked VRBO to give us the listing we stayed in for a review but that has not yet come. We did not stay at this property, "Songbird" because the owner claimed that it had on-going construction issues. However, our VRBO contact, Jessi, provided an equally nice place within a day's notice for the same price, "Blues Brothers Hideaway". That is the property I am reviewing here.For the two of us (seniors), there was an abundance of room. We were really looking forward to a lake house……

“Loved this property! It was so clean and cozy. The owner was communicative and helpful. We were in town for a graduation, and the drive to the events was convenient. We didn’t get the weather to use the dock. But it was really nice, and we’d love to stay again and get to enjoy it! ”

“Very nice house on the lake. Clean, well-equipped (coffee pods, towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of kitchen cooking items, etc), comfortable beds, kayaks. They have a nice fire table on the deck that we enjoyed in the cool night air (ran out of propane while we were there so we ended up exchanging a tank so we could use the grill). Located about 35-40 min from Clemson area. Good communication from the owners. No problems encountered during our stay. Definitely recommend!”

“Our family was super excited for this LakeHouse ... and the overall experience was one of a top notch, high end, perfectly cleaned and amazing overall amenities. The open floor concept is inviting and perfect! The lake views from virtually every back of the house windows are stunning! The boat dock is upgraded and so spacious for large groups to sit out and enjoy. We were in town for our daughter's Clemson graduation ... she loved the house - the layout, the comfort ... the fun game room……

“We wanted a quiet weekend away, and that's just what we got! The neighborhood was perfect and the lake was beautiful. ”

“We came up to celebrate our grandbaby’s 1st birthday, that lives in the area. We were able to have our children and my mother with us and what a fabulous place to stay. The huge living room overlooks the trees and lake with its large windows. Comfortable beds and nice sheets! Great water pressure! We used the kitchen and loved having a table for big family! We hope to stay here again! My boys loved fishing off the dock! ”

“This is a large and spacious home with a great dock and 2 fire pits. The host is very responsive ! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. ”

“To celebrate my mother's 90th birthday, I rented this place near my sister, nephew & niece. Twelve people ranging from 10 - 90 (only four adults actually stayed at the house, the others went to their nearby homes each night, though there were a LOT of beds available). This house could not have been better. Comfortable bedrooms that were down the hall and quiet, a large and very well supplied kitchen and a game room that was amazing! Bathrooms had nice fluffy towels. Excellent wifi. Very……
