“Wanted to tey a tiny home for a few days and this was perfect. Very quiet. We didn't have time to explore in nature as we had busy schedule. Would absolutely stay here. Brought a laptop to watch a little tv late nights. We learned a few lessons on what we might want from a tiny house and had a great time doing it. Communication was great. ”

“Very enjoyable and quiet guest apartment. There are stunning historical homes in this neighborhood. This two bedroom plus a dine in kitchen second floor guest quarters was a perfect accommodation while visiting friends in Tyler.”

“Perfect for two but will accommodate four. Super nice little cottage equipped with everything you need right down to the salt and pepper. Communication with the host was timely and pleasant and the property was even nicer than the pictures indicate! Full kitchen,two A/C units and an awesome view of the lake. Caught some fish right off the dock. Two TV's in the main cottage and one in the detached room, also with a washer and dryer.My wife and I plan to come back here soon! Book it. You won't be……
