“Great location just a few minutes stroll to Franschhoek cafes and restaurants. Warm and friendly welcome from Carol and Johannes and the other staff. The room was comfortable but would benefit from a spruce up as looked a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. Also there was a very strange smell coming from the bathroom but this could well have been from drains. ”

Todos são muitíssimo atenciosos e desde o momento do check-in já fomos acolhidos de uma maneira carinhosa e atenciosa. Todos se esforçam para tornar a estada dos hóspedes melhor. O café da manhã é delicioso e disponibilizam no espaço onde é servido o café da manhã, durante todo o dia, café, chá, além de alguns quitutes, bolachas etc. A localização é excelente, bem proxima ao Wine Tram e aos bons……

“This has to be one of my favourite hotels ever. Richard Branson does not disappoint with his focus on customer service and the details that elevate your stay. We were greeted with a cocktail and a tour of the facilities which included tennis courts, a gym, a pool and a spa. The rooms were stunning with a massive soaker tub and floor to ceiling doors opening to a private deck with a swing chair and loungers overlooking the hills of Franschook.
