“Lots of space, bathrooms, and seating for a large group. Decking has been recently updated with new trex,and new grill. The new grill could be larger but that’s a small issue. Also new outdoor seating is nice. Cookware is pretty worn out and should be replaced. China and silverware is good in quantity and quality. Large refrigerator and freezer is very helpful. Owners allow for previous guests unused spices, etc to remain for future guests to use…which was very helpful. Our second……

“We took a team of High School XC runners to the Winter Park area to Hike and Raft. Home exceeded our expectations. Larger than the Pics represent, this home has it all. We would definitely stay again when in the area and need a place for a large group.”

“Great place! The cabin actually seemed much bigger than pictures suggested, and we appreciated all the different places to gather. We had a super minor issue with the lock lot working at check in, and the host was great and super responsive and fixed immediately. Nice, quiet location. Would definitely recommend as a landing place for a mountain vacation. ”

“The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. ”

“Especially for the price point, this property proved to be a great place to host 10 adult golfers for a couple of nights! The 11 bedrooms are behind separate doors, so privacy isn't an issue. Many of the bedrooms have multiple beds, so if you don't mind sharing bunk space, there's room for quite a few folks!There's plenty of room for a group to eat. “Great stay. Host communication was excellent. The condo is in excellent shape, with all the amenities in great working condition. Very clean and well kept. It doesn’t have air conditioning; there are a few fans and you may want to keep windows open in the summer. Parking is plentiful. ”

“It’s a great house! We loved that the kitchen was well appointed so meal prep was easy. Responsive hosts with good entertainment and dining recommendations. We also appreciated that it is a no pets property due to allergies with some family members. Fraser is a fun town.”

“the condo itself was great. Very good location. Good shuttles, I did not take advantage of. Easy drive to Winter Park. Unit was advertised with ski closet outside and advised to use. Was later told it was not available to guests. Fine with me. Also, advertised with hot tub, which they had, but did not work very well. One the jets didn't work, the other didn't have enough water. The front door did not lock. tried every combination possible with no luck. Contacted Grand Welcome at least four……
