“2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. ”

“Joshua and Joanna's property was lovely. Quite spacious, but still felt cozy and had everything we needed. Accessibility was so easy - the unit is located on the ground floor with parking right outside of the patio. The unit was very clean, beds comfy, water temp was very responsive (you take this for granted staying in other Vrbos with lack of hot water during the winter), and the kitchen was well-stocked! Our only 'issue' was that we could easily hear the neighbors upstairs and our bed was a……

“Overall it was fine. Safeway at the bottom of the hill was suprisingly good with decent prices and variety. Pool, tennis courts, etc are open 9 am to 8:50 pm. Adult hot tub, family join, and heated pool. 3 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 1 squash court, 1 volleyball. Decent weight room setup. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first day and were given a number to phone. It got better after that. ”

“Good place to land while skiing Winter Park. Difficult finding which condo as instructions were not clear. A phone call helped. Comfortable and safe. There are stairs to climb. Glad we found this place!”
