A minor issue).The only disappointing factor was the building hot tubs were closed for repairs.Phil, the owner, was great to work with, responsive and accommodating!”

Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. ”

“We stayed in this room last year and would do it again simply for the convenience and has the essentials. My 2 complaints were, they only give one extra garbage bag for a 4 night stay which is ridiculous. I don't think having one garbage bag per day will break the bank and I shouldn't have to ask another tenant for one of theirs (I am not about to contact management to have one sent over). “This is a clean simple condo that is close to a shuttle stop near winter park. I stayed for 3 nights and had no issues. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors. That being said, overall I had a great stay!”
