“My wife and I were in town for a wedding and it worked out great. You are literally a one block walk to the free shuttle, but you probably won't even take it. There are so many places to eat, drink, and be merry within walking distance. I loved that the kitchen was a little bit separated from the great room so we could cook and prepare without having everyone gather IN the kitchen...hahaha. The fall colors were incredible, the place impeccable, and the host VERY responsive. If I ever find myself……

“Clean and tidy house close to Winterpark ski resort. Neighborhood dogs leave messes! Driveway was very icy and slippery and had not been cleared recently. Overall a convenient house close to the slopes with nice amenities. A hot tub would be an excellent addition ”

“Very comfortable and clean unit. Good location very close to ski area with shuttle access. Would stay here again.”

“We visited winter park Jan 2025. Close walk to coffee shop, market, bowling/movie theatre and restaurant options. It was perfect. Also close to bus stops that can get you everywhere. Garage is great for parking or ski rentals. Hot tub is private on the back side of the condo with a beautiful view. Very comfortable for our family of six. ”

“Check in was really easy and the garage was a plus since we were in an arctic blast. I would note the garage fit my 4Runner but anything bigger will not fit. The condo itself was nicely stocked and a great location. The only thing I was disappointed in was the condition of the couches- they need to be replaced, leather is pealing up.”

“Recent construction. Modern style. Easy access to the ski area via the Winter Park bus system. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the condo. Would be cool in the summer with the roof top deck.”

“My friends and I stayed here for our annual ski trip and would happily stay again. The property was clean, spacious, and well located near restaurants and close to the WP shuttle. Management was quick to respond to questions and service requests. ”

“We had a great time at David’s place! We found it to be exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable in a great location. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend and stay again!”

“This unit was lovely. Great location with a short walk to the shuttle stop and a quick trip to the Winter Park base. Return trip was a bit longer. The beds, linens, towels were top of the line. Kitchen was well stocked. There are two beds in one room, plus the two kings. The description reflects three beds in one room. The hot tub was appreciated. ”

“The home was beautiful! The views amazing. I would recommend putting T.V. S in the bedrooms. Also the driveway is alittle steep. We had to pay a wrecker to pull us up to the street due to our van not having 4 wheel drive. We had to purchase salt and shovel snow since management didn’t send plow or put salt down as they said they would. Over all I would recommend this property just drive a a 4 wheel car. Not a passenger can.”
