“As a family we always camp on Labor Day weekend but this Labor Day was supposed to be cold and rainy so we decided to do a v b r o and did we hit the jackpot. It was so perfect for our shut-in large family. The game room was great and there were many toys for the kids. We also did the hot springs and went to Grand Lake for miniature golf and a hike. The only thing I would like to draw your attention to is the knob on the stove does not sit right and it looks like it's on. As people in our group……

“This house was perfect for a multigenerational getaway and was well stocked with everything we needed. The books and toys were a fun addition for the kids as well! ”

“The house is conveniently located on top of a hill. All rooms have gorgeous views as does the fire pit outside. Lots of firewood and marshmallow sticks available and kitchen well stocked. ”

“This place was perfect for my 30th birthday under the stars. We grilled out (the grill could have been cleaner but it worked great), enjoyed a backyard photoshoot, laid under the stars once it got dark. The place wasn't too far from Grand Lake where we rented a pontoon for an afternoon and we enjoyed the City Market was close by for last minute dinner prep items. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the homeowners/managers, was that the neighbors dogs were barking from literally 4PM……

“Check in was easy with the codes. There were lots of kitchen utensils and dishes pots and pans etc. the place was nice looking, lovely master bath & the view was amazing.The only negative thing we found was where the other people park? We parked in the underground parking with a parking pass but my son/ d-in-law parked in the lot by the restaurant or across the street in the realtor lot. Both said no overnight parking. So where does anyone else park (overnight) while staying at the condo?. Other……
