“Janet’s place was perfect for our Labor Day weekend at Grand Lake. The check in was very easy and Janet was very quick to respond to messages. Would happily stay here again.”

“Property is well maintained and clean. The view on the lake was beautiful to wake up to every morning, we had breakfast on the balcony everyday. Beds were very comfortable and accommodated our family very well. Be prepared for stairs though, we got our steps in everyday, but it was well worth it! *As the host asks, please don't put tide pods or detergent in the center agitator of the washer, that is meant for fabric softener only. We had to clean out a tide pod from a pior tenant.”

“We enjoyed our time so much in this property. The set up was perfect for the 10 of us. It was an open layout with a wonderful kitchen. It was very well stocked with quality items. It was helpful to have the washer and dryer. There was a crib/high chair/gate/etc. We loved how bright it could be in the house with the shades up. Our favorite place to sit and chat was on the balcony in the sun around the fire table in the evening. The dining room table was perfect for meals and games. This……

Property and house were beautiful. really cool back yard was great for the three families that stayed there…lots of common space but also lots of nooks and crannies to create separation. in the perfect spot, 1 minute to the marina, 3 to the city, 4 to the park. would definitely recommend! ”
