“We would highly recommend this house. The property is brand new and perfect gathering place for our family for the wedding. Location was terrific, walking distance to town, quiet neighborhood, and close to the wedding venue. It seems to be in the newer development of Estes Park towards the Northwest side of Estes Park. Really like that there were 3 king beds and the other rooms and beds. Beds were good. No one complained about the beds. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need. The……

“The location was good. The house seemed clean, just dated. Decor felt like 70s decor but was comfortable. The host was nice, and communication was great. The spiral stairs made for a good story later. They were narrow, and we had to put some work in, getting our bags up and down them. All the rooms are upstairs.Stairs inside and outside, so be prepaired, lots of stairs. We were winded but probably in better shape by the time we left. -Haha ”

“Spend 4 days riding snowmobiles with some buddies. Great place to come to after a long day riding. Clean and nice with a great big drive for parking trailers. Would recommend ”

“The location was wonderful. We were close enough to downtown that things like food and shops were convenient but the roads were nice and quiet. The game room was super fun, the wifi worked well, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Our only issues were: moldy towels in the dryer when we arrived, no hand soap in the kitchen and one bathroom (we bought some and left it there), and getting in touch with the host has been challenging. If I ever needed a big place in the area again, I would……

“The house is amazing. Location and fresh air! Highly recommend!!!”

“The cabin was cute and comfy but, unfortunately, not very clean. Literally everything we tried to use, from silverware, utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cutting board to towels and bed linens had leftover food, smudges, stains, etc. The little (toaster) oven was absolutely disgusting - needs to be removed/replaced immediately. One of the snow shovels was broken. The hot tub water level was very low. There was also no hair dryer in the place so we had to make a call and have one delivered.……
