“Our group included 7 adults and 2 dogs. We initially had 5 adults and easily accommodated two more. Everything worked. Location was great for the dogs. It was a quiet location with the dog/walking path directly out the front door. The living room area is a bit tight and the chairs aren't very comfortable. We had humans lying on the dog beds while watching a movie. HAHA! As in a previous review, if you are picky about knives, bring your own. Also if you want a good nonstick pan to make……

“This place was spectacular. The host was readily available for anything we needed. The kitchen was truly stocked with anything you could need not just the basics and I actually took pictures for an upcoming remodel haha. We cooked breakfast and dinners and had anything we could think of to need. Seasonings, olive oil, coffee bar and fresh cream in the fridge. Beds were comfortable, views were great. Everything was above expectations. ”

“We loved this unit for our family with kids ages 13 and 9. They had their separate room on the bottom level and we were upstairs in the master. I could live on the patio listening to the creek. It can be heard throughout the unit with windows and sliding glass door open. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable (maybe master was a little too soft for my liking but my husband loved it). Great space to spread out but also be connected as a family. Would definitely stay here again. “We had a perfect week for a combo of working remotely and celebrating the 4th of July. The Hilltop House has everything thing you need for relaxing, cooking at home, and getting work done while away from the city. The open spaces give plenty of room for the family meals and Grandma enjoyed her own suite off the kitchen. This property provided everything you would want and more! Every little detail was considered! The first morning, we saw a Mama Moose and her baby right outside the window! “Check in was easy as we used the code to enter the property. The home has an excellent view of both Grand and Shadow Mountain Lakes. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The lower floor has a game room with pool table/air hockey combo plus a deck with a hot tub. Walking to town was relatively easy if in reasonable health. Overall a fantastic property. ”

“This is a beautiful property in a stunning spot! It is spacious inside but you will spend your time on the huge deck just staring at the views. The rooms are well appointed, large and comfortable. We stayed a week for my son's wedding, and had a simply wonderful time. The owners were very helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with through text. “All I can say is WOW! We basically had a family reunion with 16 people from two different states, and this property was perfect. With a full house, there was plenty of space and it never felt like we were on top of each other. There are kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, dock access, yard games, a theater room... this house has it ALL.
