“I have to admit that this small space was cleaner than any other VRBO I had this week! Thank you for taking such pride in that!! The only thing I didn’t notice upon looking at the listing was there was no vanity in the bathroom-while this was weird, we worked around it. Also the 1 mirror on the door fell off and we had to put it back up. Also we thought the fire pit was in our back yard knowing it was shared, so the pictures a bit mis leading. The location right on the river was heaven, access to the Yampa Core Trail less than 30 seconds away, 8 minute bike ride to downtown to experience the local restaurants and music scene was outstanding, and so much more! The condo was clean, modern, included all the amenities we needed, and had a great hot tub & patio. It was perfect for our small family. The owners were extremely generous and super courteous. “Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). ”
