“We booked this for a last minute weekend getaway and it turned out great. The location was perfect, right outside the Fall River Entrance to RMNP. They were very accommodating when I made a mistake on my booking. Communication was great. We would stay here again.”

“Clean, easy walk to the lifts. ”

“Unit was re-modeled except for the bathrooms. Itwas like they quit updating when it came to the baths, still from 1970. Full bath tub had mold growing in it with very, very old fixtures. Was also asked to clean the grill spotless if we used it, of which we did not use.Unit was on the ground floor and you could here the neighbors upstairs conversations and walking around. Plus side, it have a nice view from deck if you could ignore the conversations above you.”
