“What a beautiful property right at the base of the slope! Even though it was summer, there was plenty to do on property, and we took quite a few hikes off property as well as explored the downtown area. The front desk team was fantastic. We had a minor issue with our washer not working and the speed with which they responded and took care of the issue was amazing! The unit was fantastic! We could not have been more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be returning!”

“Wonderful property in beautiful private setting. Close to the park and a short drive to Estes Park, this property was very conveniently located. Had a few small issues upon arrival, but property manager took care of them immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this property again on a future trip to Estes Park. ”

“Janet's property was clean, cozy, and incredibly located! We were a quick walk to downtown and a 5 minute drive to the North Inlet trailhead to Cascade Falls. We had everything we needed including extra games, books, and movies. Janet was so easy to communicate with, check-in and check-out was a breeze, and we could not have had a better stay! ”

We especially loved the sandy area and dock for the kids to play, boating, paddle boarding, etc. The owners have it all figured out and were great to work with.
