The carpet is old and doesn’t look the best. The towels were very clean and smelled really nice. The kitchen and the refrigerator were clean as well. Thank you”

“Absolutely stunning views. Location perfect for proximity to town of Grand Lake by car and by boat. Kayaks plus our paddleboard used to paddle across lake to hike to Shadow Mountain Lookout and back. Rented pontoon boat on Labor Day for some fishing and trip into town. As we had the boat for the full day, the dock was so nice to tie up to when not out on the lake. Con…bed size. Only one King bed in the house and not so comfy mattresses made sleeping a little uncomfortable. The stairs to and from……
