“This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our group of 12. We were all in town for my daughter’s very rustic wedding being held in Minturn. This house was the perfect home base. Extremely well stocked- very clean - great views and neighborhood. Check in was very easy and we all loved our stay and felt very at home and comfortable in this house. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. ”

“The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to……

Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!”

The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes from the wedding we were attending, and we loved that Steamboat was less than an hour away and we were able to spend an afternoon there. “The cabin is wonderful and the location is amazing, however it proved to be a bit challenging for our purposes. We had a group coming up from Denver, and people were arriving at various times on Friday night. Because of forest service regulations, guests are not allowed to drive to the cabin to unload their stuff. They have to park downslope 200 yards and hike up. Wouldn't be a big deal if you didn't have much to carry, but we had heavy things like coolers full of ice and beverages. The cabin……
