“This was the perfect place to stay! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving supplies. We were in town for our son’s outdoor wedding. The house was perfect to come to at night and wake up in. The balcony was a great place to relax, see the stars then have coffee in the morning before the busy day’s activities. We highly recommend this beautiful property.”

“This property is in a great location. Mountain view’s from two sides. 10-34 miles from Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. Owners have fully equipped this home with many extras and it was well labeled as to where things are and how things are controlled. Three ways to make coffee…drip, French press, Keurig etc. Also, tools, spare bulbs, lots of glassware etc. A fully stocked pantry, condiments and spices etc. All the creature comforts of being at your own home were……

“We had a great time, the location was amazing and the house had nice amenities. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome, and the house had a lot of beds and bathrooms.”

“We had a wonderful time staying here, 4 couples and 1 toddler. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, enjoyed the big living room and kitchen where we cooked several meals. Also enjoyed the hot tub and firepit in the back deck and the Adirondack chairs in the front deck. Beautiful views!!”

You will need a 4WD car to get up the hill in the winter, and it’s not that walkable to the bus in the winter (because of the hill), but with cars it was totally fine. Avantstay hosted is very well. ”
