“Our family reunion vacation was amazing! The house was so beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed! "Morris" the moose and parents were definitely a highlight! Morris loved playing tether-ball! Although he got a little disagreeable when he knocked it over and couldn't stand it up! Thanks Kami and Tim for sharing your beautiful home with us!”

“This worked very well for five people. Comfortable and clean. Can walk to a market and ice cream/restaurant that was Ok. Easy access to Steamboat. Kitchen was well-stocked and that is not something that happens all the time. Hot tub was nice. Couch was very comfortable. Only complaint is that the bunk beds need to have their joints tightened as it squeaked with slight movement. Not a huge deal, though. Would stay here again.”

“We were so lucky to have found this property and they were able to accommodate us last minute when our other lodging fell through. This home is huge! With more than enough space for our family of 4. Check in process was super quick and easy with instructions sent to us the day before. House was clean and inviting on a beautiful piece of property with a view of the stunning mountains of RMNP. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub that was hot and ready to go and the kids enjoyed the ping pong room!……

“This house was perfect for an extended family vacation with our son and his family. The property is amazing and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was well-stocked and anything and everything we needed was there. The location is beautiful and quiet but unbelievably convenient and close to town, stores, entertainment and the park. We caught and released plenty of trout right on the property and were treated to numerous visits by the local wildlife. The host responded quickly to any……

Walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shops, and multiple restaurants. Close to the YMCA where the rest of our family with kids stayed! Close to park and would 10/10 stay again!”

“Owner was extremely friendly and responsive. The downtown shopping district with free parking was only a couple minutes drive. RMNP was only around 10 min drive. Steep driveway to a large parking area that easily held out 3 big SUVs and could have held 1-2 more. The home was rather warm on the hot summer day we arrived.
