“Unit was re-modeled except for the bathrooms. Itwas like they quit updating when it came to the baths, still from 1970. Full bath tub had mold growing in it with very, very old fixtures. Was also asked to clean the grill spotless if we used it, of which we did not use.Unit was on the ground floor and you could here the neighbors upstairs conversations and walking around. Plus side, it have a nice view from deck if you could ignore the conversations above you.”

“Located close to downtown. Just what we needed for our stay. Had everything you might need for a stay. However if you want to “cook” or eat in the room just note that there is no sink other than the bathroom to wash up. Keurig coffee maker but no coffee provided. Great coffee shop within a block or so though. It was a bit noisy with other tenants only due to the thin walls? It served the purpose of a place to rest. ”

“We had a great stay here to break up our camping trip at Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was clean and had great access to the park entrance (a 4 min drive) as well as walking access to downtown Grand Lake. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip!”

“This condo was the perfect home base for our family vacation. It was so close to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The town was very quaint and picturesque and the people so friendly. The condo had everything we needed and more! Thank you for a wonderful time!”

“The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!”

“We were under the impression that it had a river view by the pictures.. You could hear full conversations of the neighbors as it was a lock off. The mattress was foam and had many holes in the foam no mattress pad, and terribly uncomfortable!!! We saw the holes because the instructions told us we had to strip the bedding when we were through. All the furniture and mattress were from a second hand store or estate sale as we saw price tags. We were very disappointed especially due to the price……
