“We went to Grand Lake on a family get away. The home easily accommodated our family of 8 with two babies. The views were beautiful and close to downtown. I couldn’t get the owners agreement to open but Dave was very prompt to answer any questions that I had.”

“Was a nice place. Easy access, a block from Main Street. Made for very easy access to restaurants. In the place- Some of the lights didn’t work. In the dining area and the bath room. Assuming the cleaning wasn’t done, as the cleaning stuff was still on the counter and the floors and table were dirty still. All in all, still a nice place to stay! Thanks for opening your home to us! ”

“Very clean, well stocked home. It was just my husband and myself so there was plenty of room to stretch out. My only suggestion is to put a hanging rack for clothes in the master bedroom. If we would have been traveling with guest, it would have been awkward because there is no where to hang your clothes in the master. The closet is locked for owners. It wasn't a big deal for us, we just used the guest room closet.... it was a beautiful place and very comfortable. We enjoyed our visit to……
