“Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Also, quick response from owner was appreciated!”

“Very nice place, spotless, not fancy but well maintained. Beautiful tumbling stream running10 feet from back patio, and super-easy walk to downtown Grand Avenue. It was fairly quiet, but the complex of 8 units was barely occupied. There were quite a few hooks for hanging clothes, towels, etc. This is something that most hosts never think to supply. We did not really test the kitchen, but it looked like it was better equipped than most. The usual failing is nonstick cookware that is worn out……

“We had a wonderful stay in Grand Lake. Beautiful area and just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The studio was clean, quiet and peaceful. Most comfy couch we’ve sat in for a while ! We didn’t have any need to contact the host during our stay, but the communication upcoming and after the stay was great. Would happily recommend for travels to the area ”
