“Great space, bigger than pics in listing, and super easy parking - even in busy summer”

“Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Also, quick response from owner was appreciated!”

“Wonderful condo...clean, well stocked, modern, comfortable beds. Great location, very walkable to everything in Estes Park. We were greeted upon arrival by 3 elk in the front yard, one a large sized bull. The Riverwalk behind the condo makes a lovely stroll. There is a playground along this walk, minutes away if you have young ones. Overall great place to stay.”

“I can quickly give the location a 5 Star. We were able to walk and ride the free shuttle around town. We even walked to the Tram and hiked - a must do. RMNP was minutes from the condo. Don't miss out on the Peak to Peak drive which takes you past Lilly Lake (within the RMNP). The Condo its self was comfortable (love that lazy boy chair). The bed was so comfortable. Parking in front of condo was a challenge, but had a pass for the lot right across the street. The washer was out of order,……

“Great location, comfortable and had everything we needed. Visited RMNP was amazing and would stay here again. ”

“Very nice place, spotless, not fancy but well maintained. Beautiful tumbling stream running10 feet from back patio, and super-easy walk to downtown Grand Avenue. It was fairly quiet, but the complex of 8 units was barely occupied. There were quite a few hooks for hanging clothes, towels, etc. This is something that most hosts never think to supply. We did not really test the kitchen, but it looked like it was better equipped than most. The usual failing is nonstick cookware that is worn out……

“We had a wonderful stay in Grand Lake. Beautiful area and just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The studio was clean, quiet and peaceful. Most comfy couch we’ve sat in for a while ! We didn’t have any need to contact the host during our stay, but the communication upcoming and after the stay was great. Would happily recommend for travels to the area ”

“Very well-located and super clean - we were very happy with our stay, mostly. The upstairs bedroom window has a giant crack in it, so we were afraid to try and open it for safety reasons, but thankfully it wasn't a hot weekend, so it wasn't an issue. Some of the other window cranks are similarly damaged and unusable, or the windows were stuck. But the unit is cozy and well situated and obviously the views of the river and experiencing the sound of the river every day was such a treat. Weirdly,……
