“Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Also, quick response from owner was appreciated!”

“Loved the location near the lake. Easy to get to town and RMNP. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the firewood and stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy too. ”

We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds, ground squirrels, and relaxing on the deck with a cup of coffee. Very peaceful and quiet. Bed was comfortable. “I rate this rental A plus in all categories.it is decorated beautifully but with a homey ambience and is stocked with anything you could need- hair dryers, shampoo, dishwasher soap - any of those things you will be happy to have for a week stay. It looks down on the main commercial area of the town and is less than a 15 minutes walk to anyplace you might want to visit. The owners are very gracious and helpful. It couldn’t be better. ”

“Beautiful condo in a great location. Only a couple of negatives are the late check-in time (most places I’ve stayed check in time is 3 pm) and the pullout couch cover was unfortunately dirty as well as the sheets that go with the pullout bed. Other than that, the place was great.”

“We had a wonderful 5 night stay. Can’t beat the location and access to Rocky Mountain National Park. The city of Grand Lake is just the right size. We rented a boat for an afternoon, enjoyed the shops, and the restaurants were great. Condo was well-appointed and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was the best.”
