“Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Listing was accurate and the view of the lake was amazing. We got to see a bear walk through the back yard area from our patio door. My only complaint is that there was only enough hot water for one person to shower. We then had to wait a while before the next person could shower and have at least warm water. ”

“We loved the cute town of Grand Lake as a hub for hiking in RMNP and Arapaho Natl Park (Monarch Lake) as well as kayaking on the lake. So beautiful here! The condo is very nice and is in a great location. Got quite lively outside on Friday evening due to a band playing nearby, but other than that it was pretty quiet. The HUB coffee shop was so nice to have right downstairs for great coffee and pastries. We will be back to Grand Lake! ”

“Lovely stay in downtown grand lake. Perfect location and plenty of room in the condo to feel comfortable. Linens were stocked. Kitchen had enough pots/pans for general meals but did not supply any general/basic cooking staples. ”
