“We went to Grand Lake on a family get away. The home easily accommodated our family of 8 with two babies. The views were beautiful and close to downtown. I couldn’t get the owners agreement to open but Dave was very prompt to answer any questions that I had.”

“We were able to enjoy the week of spring break here and it was great! We liked the secluded feel of this location. Although there are other houses nearby we really didn't run in to anyone else. The views of the mountain, trees, and river running just behind the property was beautiful and getting to town only took about a 10 minute drive. We thought the kitches was well stocked with most utensils you would need and the grill was also a great cooking option (those cooking utensils were also……

“The cabin was cute and comfy but, unfortunately, not very clean. Literally everything we tried to use, from silverware, utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cutting board to towels and bed linens had leftover food, smudges, stains, etc. The little (toaster) oven was absolutely disgusting - needs to be removed/replaced immediately. One of the snow shovels was broken. The hot tub water level was very low. There was also no hair dryer in the place so we had to make a call and have one delivered.……
