So many cool decorative touchesAll the teenagers (my kids, nephew and my son’s GF) especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and “pop-a-shot”.Love the convenience to town and the lovely, LOVELY quiet at night. Would not even momentarily hesitate to stay here again. GREAT start to our vacation week.Owner was easily reachable and helped us quickly solve our one minor issue (which was of our own creation being “rental rookies”) 5 stars isn’t enough!!!”

“The home was decorated so cozy and fitting for the area. The number of bedrooms worked out perfectly for our group. Large open living, dining, kitchen area with massive windows, and stone fireplace leading to a large deck that overlooks the fire pit, a wooded area and the mountains as a backdrop in the distance. We saw deer roam through the yard early morning, and the large deck was the perfect spot for an early morning cup of coffee, an evening of grilling and al fresco dining. The location is……

“This home is perfect for multi generation families. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. The lower level was perfect for the kids to play games while the adults enjoyed spectacular views from the main floor and oversized deck. Everything was as pictured and we even saw a moose across the lake! Would definitely recommend this place and Heather was great to work with. ”

“Black Bear Hollow is so relaxing and the perfect stay! Our family of 4 had plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy. The front and back views of the aspen forest were so peaceful. “Our family of 10 (6 adults/4 children) was very comfortable staying here. Its walking distance to Grand Lake Lodge was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and even had all the kid stuff we needed. There is no A/C but we were able to cool down the bedrooms at night by opening windows and running fans. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the back deck view was breathtaking. This was a fantastic rental home experience.”
