“Great view of the lake and mountains beyond. Well equipped place for an extended stay while visiting the quiet part of Rocky Mountain NP. Perfect for eatly morning access for wildlife viewing, and a great place to relax after.”

“The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back……

“The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The property was well maintained. Clean for the most part except the fish scales on the table outside. May consider getting new dishes-looks like guests dont use the right utensils. Hot tub was great after a long day. Only comment would be to level it a little. Water would pour out one side when more than one person was in it. We truly enjoyed our stay in Estes Park and Hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Loved the proximity of the unit to the National Park and the visitor we had each……

“We loved our stay here. Although the neighborhood was interesting, the house itself was stunning with beautiful updates and plenty of space for our group!! The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Checking in and out was an easy process. ”

“Close to the park and convenient. Units are older and starting to show their age. Clean but fairly spartan unit. Two person hot tub on deck is tight. Nice to be on the river but just room for two to sit on the deck with the hot tub. Uni is for sale and with showings we were unable to know if we could get in a little early in time for us to react. Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as was finding the unit. ”

“Our kids loved the loft area! They called it their “Treehouse”. MeMaw stayed in one bedroom and my wife and I stayed in the other. The rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The location of this home is perfect for quickly getting into town or RMNP. We had a couple of mule deer come around the house daily. The home is very cozy with a front and back deck for hanging out after a day in the park or in town. The gas grill……
