“Clean and newly renovated. Cute. Only thing was they forgot to fill up the soap and shampoo but we had our own so not an issue for us. Breakfast simple but fine because at least they had a few options although it was only continental but good enough. Loved the room though. Very clean and cozy. Bed very comfortable. Linens soft and towels large unlike most places I have stayed.”

“Nice quiet little place. Not extravagant, but it meets the needs and was very clean. Obvious improvements have been made over the last couple years. Small playground on site. Located right next to the creek for a beautiful sound at night. Hot tub was nice. ”

“Once we switched away from a room which was not set up well and was hard to move around, we were very comfortable in a room with kitchenette. The road noise bothered us in the day but was quiet at night. The shower stall was miniscule, but the beds were great. The heater/air-conditioner was quiet and worked well. It was close to Longmont, and the great little town of Lyons with wonderful restaurants. It had easy access to Estes Park which we visited. They didn't answer the phone nor return……

“The "Deer" suite was a great option for a couple. We stayed for two nights and totally enjoyed the property as an affordable option near town with a very nice view. The property manager was very welcoming, and he does a great job keeping the units, which are older, in good repair. The queen bed was quite comfortable; the love seat was fine; the kitchen appliances worked well, and the kitchen was equipped with more than enough cookware and dinnerware for two. “Great location and we had everything we needed. Saw wildlife behind property. Quick response from manager when I had a question. Overall amazing! Best of all is that it fit 4 families all of us had kids and was such a fun time being all together!”

“The lodge had had a fire 4 months previous that we were not told about when we made our reservations. You can imagine our surprise when we got there, but the new property management worked with us to get us a condominium. It was lovely and comfortable and clean. They were very accomodating. ”
