“Great location at less than 5 min drive of the gondola square. Supe staff. The hot tub worked fabulous after a day of skiing.”

“This is a great property. The location ski in / ski out just cannot be beat. There are a couple of quirks that I would have like to have known about, though they were not a problem, it is a bit of a quirky property. 1. The ski in / ski out access is through one of the bedrooms on the lower level - just means that the person staying there has somewhat less privacy than you would typically expect since the entire group traipses through the room in all their ski gear a couple times a day. 2.……

“This was amazing home to stay in! Check in was super easy. Communication with guest services was prompt. Especially since we arrived on Christmas Day! Very courteous and helpful.Home is very spacious for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath..I can't say enough about the views from this house!!! My wife and I just stayed at the dinner table and could not take our eyes off of the beautiful snowfall and Mountain Views. Huge master bedroom with large windows! Views from this home definitely seems like it came out……

“Our group included 7 adults and 2 dogs. We initially had 5 adults and easily accommodated two more. Everything worked. Location was great for the dogs. It was a quiet location with the dog/walking path directly out the front door. The living room area is a bit tight and the chairs aren't very comfortable. We had humans lying on the dog beds while watching a movie. HAHA! As in a previous review, if you are picky about knives, bring your own. Also if you want a good nonstick pan to make……

“Clean, sufficiently equipped, affordable accommodations in downtown Steamboat. Walk to downtown and the Yampa, minutes to the ski area. Funky interior that takes you back to your 80's Grandma's house, or perhaps a bit of Napoleon Dynamite chic. Fantastic TV with all of the steams, and comes with an X-Box if you absolutely get skunked on outdoor activities...but it's Steamboat so you'll be outside most of the time. Very attentive property management who genuinely care about your experience.”
