“My husband and I had a wonderful stay. So cozy and unique. It was warm while we were there so we slept with some windows open. It was so nice sleeping to the sound of the creek and waking up to hearing the neighbors goats put smiles on our faces. Quick walk to town with some delicious restaurants and really great shopping. Bill was over the top helpful when we needed some things. Would definitely stay again. Hoping to visit Steamboat Springs again very soon.”

“The location was very good, not ski in, ski out but close enough to walk to the steamboat base. The shuttle to the ski area was very efficient and came about every 10 minutes or less. The kitchen was fully equipped. But, the resort was not helpful in providing an accurate description of what was in the kitchen. So, we brought more kitchen gadgets than we needed. When we had a problem with one of the overhead fans, maintenance came quickly and fixed it. Overall, the unit was clean, well appointed……

“In short, this place is amazing. Theres so much room to bring large groups, it makes the affordability outstanding. If you're looking for a mountain lodge just outside of town for large family or friend groups, this has it all. Every room was equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is massive and theres ping pong and shuffleboard for kids and adults. Two large hot tubs sit out back and the surroundings are nice and quiet. Bring all your ski equipment in the winter and store it all in the ski……

“Overall a good place to stay. Somewhat expensive for what you're getting. It was great that you could walk to the thunderhead lift. The fireplace and hot tub were both awesome. A couple things didn't work for us, including the trash compactor, garbage disposal, oven/stove top, and hot tub jets. Plan ahead to carpool as parking is tight”

I also loved that they clearly think about their consumption; I.e Tesla charger in the garage, refillable soaps, etc. And I appreciated that the cooking pans were stainless instead of the toxic non-stick kind and that the bedding was all cotton. Will book again! ”

“I can't recommend this property more highly! It was perfect for two families, clean, and close to everything. The free shuttle service (works like Uber) was at our service multiple times a day with little wait time (2-8 min tops). The property was even more amazing in person than in photos and we cannot wait to come again! Thank you Kami and the entire management team for the ease of communication. You truly made our stay seamless and amazing!”
